Assistant Technical Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following:

- Manages customer projects comprising of Systems including hardware/or Software Projects Covers lifecycle from development until rollout and maintenance phase
- Directly responsible for the project results, including quality and financials
- Defining, leading and shaping projects Employs accurate estimating techniques and makes use of planning and risk management in order to have the chance to monitor and control appropriately.
- Adopts the accepted PM best practices (e.g. PMI) and ensures that the project team does so, too.
- Monitors and reports about the overall profitability of the project.
- Collaborate with cross-domain teams to engage customers in requirement gatherings, technical training and project delivery
- Explore/test new and existing Identity management solutions and assess its suitability for deployment.
- Autonomously designing a project workflow, a process definition and optimization possibilities.
- Coaches and advises colleagues who are working on projects.
- Analysis of complex customer requirements with regard to business processes, IT infrastructure and security, and later on development of adequate solution proposals.
- Experience in interacting directly with customer, keeping in control even in escalation situations
- Collaborate with business teams and technical teams in project management, planning, requirements study and testing
- Communicate with customers in system integration and collaboration, project roll out
- Prepare project documentations and system specifications
- Perform project implementation and engineering work for the Company’s range of Enterprise Solutions
- Plan and execute project schedules to ensure timely completion of project
- Preparation and co-ordination of the go-lives of our solutions at customer sites
- Implementation of tailored IT solutions, quality assurance of technical solutions through module, function and integration tests.
- Supervise the technical team to provide pre and post sales technical support including POC, installation and maintenance services
- Manage the day-to-day operations and liaising with suppliers, sub-contractors and customers to plan and execute installation schedules
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Higher diploma in Computer Science/EEE, IT, Communications, Mechatronics, or other related disciples
- Professional certifications such CISSP or other relevant qualifications will be an advantage
- Proficient in the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, SQL
- Effectively builds and maintains partnerships with clients, prospects and people at all levels across the company.
- Ability to drive projects in a matrix management environment that includes influencing, efficiency, collaboration and openness with a focus on results orientation;
- Proficiency in collaboration, conflict resolution, group interaction and dynamics, project management, and facilitation of significant projects;
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure such as servers, LAN, WLAN, printers and operation systems
- Possess the highest ethical and moral standards
- Self-motivated to work independently to manage projects
- Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives
- Reliability, flexibility, motivation and working well under pressure
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Able to travel overseas when required
