- As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead network infrastructure projects, guide the technical teams while ensure seamless project execution. You will leverage your deep understanding of telecom technologies to manage both the technical complexities of the network and the overall project lifecycle, ensuring that timelines, budget constraints, and client specifications are met.

**Be Part of Our Success**
- Network Deployment & Support:

- Assist in the deployment and integration of 3G, 4G, and 5G network hardware and software.
- Project Planning & Coordination:

- Help develop project plans that balance technical needs, timelines, and resources.
- Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineers, vendors, and contractors, assisting with overcoming challenges and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Monitoring & Reporting:

- Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, while helping to identify and mitigate risks.
- Communication:

- Provide regular updates on project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance:

- Support troubleshooting efforts to ensure projects meet quality standards.
- Compliance:

- Assist in ensuring that all network deployments meet regulatory and industry standards.

**Qualities We Value**
- Knowledge in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Networking (at least 10 years), some experience (1-3 years) in telecommunications, network deployment, or project management is preferred
- Basic understanding of 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana) is a plus but not essential.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- PMP certification is not required but could be beneficial.
- Eagerness to Learn: Motivated to grow in telecommunications and project management.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think through issues and come up with practical solutions.
- Clear Communicator: Comfortable working with different teams and sharing project updates in a clear and concise manner.
- Adaptability: Willing to adapt to new technologies and ways of working in a fast-paced environment.
