**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the team in conceptualizing ideas for SuperPark’s programmes and classes.
- Establish creative ideas and generate programs objective.
- Create yearly program calendar that comprises of all programmes including but not limited classes, teambuilding programmes, holiday camps.
- Responsible for delivering the programmes using appropriate teaching and learning methods.
- Manage projects and review programmes effectively.
- Ensure consistency and a structured environment during the execution of the programmes.
- Main liaison between vendors and internal teams leading up to event day.
- Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiative to implement improvement plans.
- Responsible for programmes profit and loss.
- Ability to inspire and motivate the team. Coach and develop the potential of others in functions related to SuperPark programmes.

**Requirements**:

- Min 3 years’ experience in outdoor camps/team building/sports coaching fields
- Experienced in managing external vendors, project management and general admin duties.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different complexity simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Flexible, self-starter, dynamic
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
