We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Marketing Executive (Content)**to develop engaging visual content that enhances our brand presence across digital and print platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual content for social media, websites, marketing materials, and advertisements.
- Develop graphics, GIFs, and video content to enhance brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and internal teams to ensure a consistent brand identity.
- Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Edit and retouch images, ensuring high visual quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with company goals.
- Work closely with copywriters to pair compelling visuals with engaging messaging.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software Canva is needed.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and have a strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram and Meta, with knowledge of how to optimize visual content for engagement.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs.
- General marketing knowledge is required to excel in this role.
