**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Office Administrator supports areas such as office and inventory management, purchasing and administration, visitor management, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently run the office space on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth operations
- Liaise with appointed vendors and building management to perform regular routine office maintenance (air conditioning service, lighting maintenance, etc.)
- Management of CCTV system and issuance and collection of access passes
- Manage the tech asset, stationery, pantry and cleaning inventory
- Arrange new joiner’s onboarding and collection of company assets from leaving employees
- Plan and execute office celebrations, office events and meetings
- Assist with remote/in-person office events by ordering food, drinks, gifts etc.
- Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience within an Office Administration/Management role
- An outgoing, positive and self-motivated individual
- Willing to take the initiative and an ability to think on one's feet
- Organised and meticulous
- Tech savviness in the area of laptop setup is a bonus
