As a **Relationship Manager Desk Analyst** in our Singapore office, you will have an opportunity to combine your passion for crypto with advanced quantitative, analytical and programming skills to create optimal trading strategies within the regulatory framework, all of which will help the team capture market share. You will also be analyzing Cumberland's counterparty flow and working closely with Cumberland's Relationship Managers to support ongoing relationship-building efforts with counterparties. In this role, you will gain exposure to the crypto landscape through hands on trading experience and data analysis. Individual discovery and collaboration with fellow team members are encourage to develop your understanding of the crypto market.
**What you'll do in this role**:

- Work closely with Cumberland's Relationship Mangers to understand counterparty flow
- Make recommendations on pricing in order to help the team capture market share
- Develop frameworks for reporting and refining parameters
- Work with a globally-distributed team
**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Experience programming in Python
- Comfort with Jupyterhub, Git
- Preferred: At least one year on a sell-side desk
- Advanced quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to deploy those skills during time-sensitive situations
- A deep curiosity of analyzing large data sets using your knowledge of probability and statistics
- The ability to communicate effectively and work well in teams
- Knowledge and passion for crypto assets and blockchain is a bonus
