**Job Overview**:
The Environmental Supervisor (Cleaner) is responsible for overseeing cleaning teams across several project sites. This role ensures that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule. The supervisor manages the work of cleaners, inspects cleaned areas, and reallocates tasks to cover for absences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Cleaning Teams**:Oversee and guide a team of cleaners at different project sites.
- **Inspect Work**:Regularly check the work done by cleaners to ensure it meets the required standards of cleanliness and safety.
- **Manage Schedules**:Create and manage work schedules for cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- **Reallocate Tasks**:Assign tasks to cleaners to cover for absences or adjust for workload changes.
- **Training & Support**:Provide training and support to cleaners to ensure high-quality work and safe practices.
- **Report Issues**:Report any cleaning or staffing issues to the Environmental Services Manager.
- **Maintain Cleanliness Standards**:Ensure all areas are cleaned according to the company’s standards, following safety and environmental guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle minor problems and resolve staffing issues as they arise.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in cleaning management or supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning methods.
