Singapore- Asset Management- PermanentOur client is a prominent US Asset Manager. Due to rapid growth, they are seeking an experienced Performance Analyst with team lead experience to oversee and develop the performance analytics team.

**Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate the delivery of performance analysis and attribution
- Delivery of high level reporting, analysis and commentary
- Delivery of internal and external reporting
- Respond to queries regarding performance
- Lead efforts to continually improve reporting capabilities within the Performance Analytics team to improve output
- Ensure integrity of data and reports
- Assist in the development and training of team members

**Experience**
- ** **Demonstrated performance analytics experience in a similar role
- Management of key performance operations, functions and processes
- Solid understanding of investment concepts in terms of performance, attribution and risk
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience working in a complex and highly regulated environment
