Join us as a Senior Amplifier Development Engineer Lead cutting-edge schematic/layout design, ignite innovation, and shape the next generation of audio technology. **What you will do**: - Lead Schematic & Layout Design Forefront and/or Product Development activities - Offer comprehensive technical support to various departments, particularly in the realm of Amplifier Development - Provide expert guidance on cross-disciplinary layout strategies to facilitate seamless schematic/layout reviews, leveraging CAD simulation tools for post-layout analysis - Foster collaboration across R&D departments, production teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge exchange - Responsible for basic and advanced Electrical Rule Check Simulation, continuous information gathering, creating and maintaining the "Routing Methodology Database". **What you bring**: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronics, or related fields - 3 or more years of relevant working experience in schematic, layout strategy and review of analog audio devices - Strong analog circuitry design knowledge in Audio domain with knowledge of analog susceptibility to digital circuit design and/ or RF layout - Schematic and layout design knowledge using Cadence Allegro software tools - Proficient in schematic and/or layout simulation tools (e.g., Cadence Sigrity or Cadence Aurora) ***: **Who we are**: At WS Audiology, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
