Join our team as a Senior Engineer in R&D Systems Engineering and be at the forefront of revolutionizing hearing aid solutions. Reporting to the Manager of R&D Systems Engineering, we are looking for a passionate individual to drive power management solutions for our hearing aid products.

**What you will do**:

- Define efficient Power Management Systems for our rechargeable hearing aid solutions.
- Streamline development processes through the implementation of pragmatic approaches, fostering modular and reusable designs to reduce redundancy.
- Collaborate with electrical and software engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conduct rigorous hands-on performance testing and troubleshooting to identify and address system issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for system and architectural improvements for our hearing aid solutions, contributing to the continuous refinement and acceleration of our development processes.

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- University or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of power management principles and practices, with a focus on rechargeable battery technologies preferred.
- Experience with embedded software design and hardware development will be a strong advantage.
- Personal competencies_
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, enabling you to tackle complex challenges and drive innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and synergy.
