**The job**:
This is a key role as you will work closely with our bancassurance partner to ensure sales and services performance are closely monitored, measured, and improved. You will be required to develop communication strategies and programs to build relationship with our partner with respect to sales production, retention, and overall branding.
**What you will do**:
Establish strong partnership with our bancassurance partner
Liaise with the sales team to monitor sales and services performance in order to ensure business growth
Coordinate deal flow and critical information between our partner and our underwriting departments
Coordinate with internal departments for problem solving and service improvement
Assist in delivering new product launches and campaigns with our partner
Support the Head of Department and Senior Manager to optimize business opportunities across all sales channels of with our partner
**Qualifications**:
**What you will need**:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
At least 4 to 6 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry
Insurance certifications (Certificate in General Insurance) is preferred
Possess strong business acumen
Familiar with general insurance products and sales of insurances in banks
Possess strong ability to influence
Proven sales track record as well as record in developing products to increase market shares
Self -motivated, creative, driven and resourceful
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to relate at different levels
Effective in verbal and written communications in English
Experience in a banking environment is a plus
