Advancer IFM Pte Ltd consolidates Security, Cleaning & Stewarding, Pest Control & Fumigation, and Landscaping services under one business entity to strengthen our service provision for integrated facility management services to our client.

**We are looking to grow our Traffic Marshalling and Outrider team to support the manpower needs of the security sub-division through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the safe movement of vehicles into and out of the site.
- Directing road traffic when vehicles enter or exit the site.
- Preserving pedestrian and traffic routes outside of the site entrance.
- Facilitating the movement of heavy vehicles e.g. cranes, dump trucks, etc on-site.
- Maintaining communications with the site office and heavy vehicle drivers.
- Ensuring that drivers and workers adhere to health and safety regulations on-site.
- Maintaining security and surveillance on-site.
- Responding to applicable ad hoc requests.

**Requirements**:

- Valid PLRD licence with competency in the following:

- 1. Provide Guard & Patrol Services (PGPS)
- 2. Handle Security Incidents & Services (HSIS)
- 3. Recognise Terrorist Threats (RTT)
- 4. **Conduct Crowd & Traffic Control (CCTC)**:

- **Class 2B / 2A / 2 licence is required for Outrider role**:

- Physically fit

**Salary**: $2,750.00 - $4,000.00 per month
