**BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
We are seeking for a Business Relationship Manager to promote our Bank’s broad array of corporate banking derivative products like cross currency swaps and interest swaps, and risk management proposals to clients after identifying their business needs. The incumbent will report to the Head of Japanese Corporate Banking Department and will be responsible for marketing, focus on growing the customer portfolio and securing new business opportunities to our corporate clients in the Asia Pacific region. The incumbent will need to formulate account plans for customer portfolio and strengthening existing customer relationships that have been established by the Head Office in Japan.

Applicants should possess a degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Accountancy or its equivalent with about 10 years' experience relevant corporate banking relationship management and in derivative market product experience. The nature of the job will require the person to be familiar with the Japanese business process and have a good understanding of the working culture of this customer group. Proficiency in Japanese is required as business dealings with Japanese clients are conducted in Japanese. They must also possess strong analytical, communication, financing product knowledge and interpersonal skills. Overseas travel may be required.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
