If you are seeking opportunities for growth, we welcome you to write to usDesignation Business Relationship Manager Responsibilities THE ROLE: Business Relationship Manager This is a senior strategic sales role working closely with the Head of Kaplan Financial (Singapore) and the Head of International Markets (based in the UK) to develop a sales strategy for the region (AsiaPac) focusing on both existing qualification products and exploring opportunities for new corporate business streams including government funded training. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and further develop strong and collaborative relationships with governing bodies, existing corporate clients, institutes and key influencers in the training and education market in Singapore and the region. Explore new commercial partnerships with corporates in the region to identify opportunities to grow revenue across the portfolio. Work with other Kaplan markets (UK, MENA and Hong Hong) to identify existing clients with an international focus where we can expand revenue we achieve from them and where appropriate get involved in global tendering processes. Plan and manage personal sales activities towards achieving growth for the business unit. Work with the student services team to ensure that the company has the appropriate mix of training provision for the market and/or capacity to provide new programmes. Attend functions/events/conferences to network at a senior level with finance teams, government bodies, other learning providers and L&D teams. Respond to and follow up leads and sales enquires using appropriate methods. Organise and deliver successful meetings and presentations to diverse audiences in the designated markets. Qualifications Academic & Professional Qualification Local polytechnic Degree graduates and/or postgraduate qualifications are required. Specialisation in sales, business development or international business is highly desirable. Commercial b2b experience and relationship management experience are highly desirable. Proven ability to recognise, analyse, and take action on go-to-market approaches, joint value propositions, and business cases around strategic partnerships Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad stakeholder ranging from customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and product management Experience in accounting or business services in industry, commerce or a large accounting firm is highly desirable. Experience in developing and executing business plans to establish a presence in selected markets Experience in project and event management is highly desirable.
