**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Overall Operations Management**:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe.
Ensuring the cafe runs efficiently, adhering to company standards and policies.

**Staff Management**:Training and supervising cafe staff.
Scheduling shifts to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.

**Customer Service**:Ensuring high-quality customer service is provided by the staff.
Addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements based on it.

**Inventory and Supplies**:Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Ensuring that food and beverage items are well-stocked and of high quality.

**Menu and Product Development**:Collaborating with the chef or kitchen staff to develop and update the menu.
Introducing new products or seasonal offerings to attract customers.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring that the cafe meets the required standards.
Conducting regular inspections and maintaining cleanliness.

**Financial Management**:Budgeting and managing expenses to achieve financial targets.
Tracking revenue and costs to ensure profitability.

**Marketing and Promotions**:Implementing marketing strategies to attract more customers.
Planning and executing promotions or events to increase footfall.

**Vendor and Supplier Management**:Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

**POS System and Reporting**:Handling the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions and reporting.Analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions.

**Cafe Maintenance**:Overseeing general maintenance and repair work as needed. Coordinating with external service providers for specialized maintenance.

**Staff Training and Development**:Conducting regular training sessions to improve staff skills and knowledge. Providing opportunities for career growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in F&B management for more than 2 years
- Friendly and customer service orientated
- Attentive to details
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
