**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, log and resolve technical problems of the scope (Incident Management)
- Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels (Service Request / Incident / Change / Patch Management)
- Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify faults.
- Liaise and coordinate the recovery of systems.
- Identify potential changes and system improvements for consideration and implementation (continuous improvements)
- Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to service delivery manager.
- Gather, analyze and assess the client’s business requirements and processes evaluate the viability and feasibility of implementing them (including operational and security policies and requirements) and also possible improvements.
- Conduct system functionality testing and work with users user acceptance testing to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design
- Identify the cause, design, or develop an approach for resolution. Upon approval, implement the correction/customize software.
- Communicate and interface with vendors and customers.
- Generate reports and write documentation, e.g. maintenance guide, operation manual, cook book/play book and run book

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification
- At least 3 years of experience with enterprise scale Linux and Windows administration
- Familiar with MySQL, Oracle, and other database servers
- Hands-On experience of.Net framework and Web Services
- 3-5 years of experience in an advanced technical support/systems administration role/vendor environment
- Scripting: Windows PowerShell, Unix Scripting will be added advantage Soft Skills:

- Self-driven and must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting, with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced environment.
