Our Ad Sales team harnesses the power of our global newsroom, data-driven insights and award-winning creative solutions across media platforms including digital, TV, radio, print, mobile and events. You will support the head of media sales liaising with internal and external clients and stakeholders and being the go-to person for anything and everything our MD needs to keep driving revenue. Success means always being one step ahead, and this requires a strong executor who is detail-oriented, and who never loses sight of the big picture. That's where you come in. In this role, you will be exposed to all functions, including sales, operations, marketing, and planning. This will require resourcefulness, flexibility, efficiency, and a can-do attitude. You'll also be curious, proactive, and not afraid to be out of your comfort zone. You will need to move fast, while always being thoughtful and professional. Last but not least - we'll need you to be an enthusiastic and motivated team-player with a hunger to go above and beyond - and a desire to learn more every day. **We"ll trust you to**: - Complete various administrative tasks and provide support to the MD and Deputy Head of Sales - Plan schedules including internal stakeholder and team meetings as well as external customer interaction strategically through an understanding of internal business goals and diary management. - Attain a thorough understanding of each media platform, ad products and capabilities. - Communicate and work with internal and external clients with professionalism. - Manage the co-ordination of sales meetings for product updates, knowledge sharing with global team leads and regional teams. - Support the business head with tracking and maintaining a record of costs related to customer retention & acquisition. - Effectively manage simultaneous projects and successfully prioritize tasks. - Maintain data for fiscal reporting, team communications, client research, and prepping Sales Reps for their meetings - Demonstrate capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Co-ordinate and support team building, bonding and on-boarding of new members of the sales organisation in Singapore and other offices in Asia. **You"ll need to have**: - At least 5 years of administrative experience ideally in a Media or B2B setting, supporting a senior executive on administrative tasks including but not limited to travel, expenses, meeting agendas and calendar maintenance. - Experience working and collaborating with regional stakeholders - Experience using Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, and Excel - Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize simultaneous projects. - Agility, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate needs and be resourceful in problem solving and solutions. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy and exceptional customer service orientation - Ability to work and communicate with all levels of internal and external customers. - Creative thinker with a passion for and experience in organising team activities to enhance collaboration - A positive attitude, curiosity, and enthusiasm - A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Fluency in both spoken and written English - Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation **We would love to see**: - An understanding of SalesForce or willingness to learn the software **Does this sound like you?** Bloomberg is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
