Finance Manager

Join us for a fruitful and hands-on experience The finance department provides supports to the director and the group through analysis (e.g. actual performance vs. budget, current processes) and leads all aspects of financial management at Write Edge including financial acocunting, budgeting, corporate reporting and financial management)
**Responsibilities**: 1. Manage the Finance team and oversee its daily operations2. Delegate duties to finance team3. Collaborate with other department leads to identify, measure, and manage organisational risks for improved performance4. Establish strong accounting processes and periodically review and improve existing processes to ensure compliance5. Collaborate with director, providing guidance on finance related matters advice (budgetary/spending) with the aim to achieve financial & business goals6. Identify ways to improve organisation financial efficiency, avoid overspending, implement cost cutting and to boost business profits7. Ensure timely and accurate month end closing8. Prepare monthly management report and consolidation package, and provide commentaries on key variances9. Prepare annual budget and monthly rolling forecast10. Cashflow management11. Liaise with external and internal accountants and auditors12. Preparation of annual financial statements13. Handle Quarterly GST and tax reportingSkills Required: 1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent2. Strong quantitative and analytical skills3. Strong knowledge of Google Excel, Slides and Microsoft Office4. Minimum of 4 year relevant experience with full spectrum of finance activities5. Ability to work effectively with senior-level business leaders6. Prior working experience in education preferred7. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, laws and any compliance requirements8. Strong organisational skills, attentive to detail with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in a multi-tasking environment9. Excellent communication skills10.
