The Department Assistant team is at the heart of our business team's operations and activities, and committed to helping our managers and team members stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before/when they arise.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform administrative tasks, resolve operational issues, and serve as a lead of small projects.
- Coordinate business meetings, plan and organize logistics for a variety of team offsites and events, including and not limited to regular meetings, all hands meetings, talks and sharing sessions.
- Plan and implement SG-wide/dept-wide team building, employee engagement activities, gift design and purchases, budget and reimbursement coordination, and assist team on related enquiries.
- Support internal mobility process tracking and coordination.
- Maintain reports, policies, and business group announcement pages.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to support business, e.g. Real Estate and Admin team on seat coordination and workplace improvements - feedback from employees about food, snacks etc.
- Take initiative to improve processes and procedures with little or no guidance.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech and/or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., expense reports and reimbursement, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.) and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
