**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and organize major departmental activities and business events, including management seminars, business recognition meetings, and team-building exercises.
3. Improve overall management goals, work standards, and processes for the assistant system, providing innovative suggestions.
4. Coordinate workstation resources, plan workstations efficiently, and support business development.
5. Complete other adhoc tasks assigned by the business department.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resource or relevant majors.
2. At least 2 years of department assistant experience in planning, organising and proposing innovative medium-sized and above conferences and events.
3. Proficient in information management, text processing, and copywriting design, with the ability to skillfully operate Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Strong interpersonal understanding and affinity, capable of gaining recognition and trust from business departments. Excellent communication and coordination skills, adaptable, and good at team integration and management, with a strong sense of teamwork.
5. Clear thinking and strong observational skills, forward-looking and proactive in exploring the needs of business departments. Capable of integrating information resources and engaging in strategic planning.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Fluent in English would be preferred.
