Reporting to the Associate Creative Director and focusing on our events and exhibitions business, the 3D Designer will conceptualize and deliver captivating designs for exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns. You will spearhead the conceptualization and execution of captivating designs for exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, events, and experiential marketing campaigns. Your innovative ideas and meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in crafting immersive experiences that resonate with our clients and their audiences. Collaborating closely with clients, sales teams, project managers, and creative professionals, you will translate design requirements and brand guidelines into compelling 3D concepts and visualizations. With a keen sense of 2D graphic design, you will envision spatial designs holistically, bringing them to life through meticulous planning and execution.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients, sales, project managers and creative teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Develop compelling 3D design concepts, layout and visualizations for exhibitions, events, and experiential marketing activities.
- Have sense of 2D graphic design to incorporate and vision the spatial design as a whole package to life.
- Generate visual presentations for design submissions
- Create a detailed design plans to guide the production and installation process
- Manage multiple project simultaneously, ensuring that each design is delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and innovative design approach to continually elevate the quality of our designs.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Exhibition Design, or related field
- Proven minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience as a 3D Exhibitions and Events Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous projects
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp and 3D Studio Max) and graphic works software (such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of design elements and principles, aesthetic, visual storytelling and detail-oriented mindset in design and execution
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple project simultaneously
- Display positive working attitudes as a team player and passionate to stay updated with industry trends
