In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and visualize event structures, signage systems, and large-format print layouts. You will work closely with our project and production teams to bring ideas to life, from concept development to execution, ensuring each design is both impactful and fabrication-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop 3D visual concepts for event booths, staging, pop-ups, signage, and experiential spaces based on client briefs.
- Produce realistic renderings and walkthroughs to help clients visualize final outcomes.
- Create accurate 3D models using 3ds Max or similar software.
- Technical Drawing Preparation: Translate 3D concepts into 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD for fabrication and installation purposes.
- Work closely with the carpentry and production teams to ensure feasibility and structural soundness.
- Use Adobe Illustrator to design vector layouts for signage, wayfinding systems, and large-format prints.
- Ensure print-ready files are properly prepared and integrated with 3D designs where needed
- Liaise with project managers, sales teams, and clients to refine design concepts.
- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and mock-ups when requiredRecommend materials and finishes suited for event environments, both indoor and outdoor.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in key design tools:

- 3ds Max - for 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization.
- Adobe Illustrator - for vector design, layout, and print integration.
- AutoCAD - for detailed technical and fabrication drawings.
- Diploma or Degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event/exhibition design, signage, or environmental graphics preferred.
- Strong creative thinking with practical knowledge of materials and fabrication methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of print production and signage installation processes is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
