**Marketing**
The Marketing team is a passionate and dedicated team with a high-performance culture to advance and drive experiential marketing to build awareness and deliver demand through the curation, creation of marketing strategies designed to acquire, engage, and retain Visa’s ecosystem and network of partners and clients. Success is driven through collaboration with cross functional teams across Visa to accelerate product and solution adoption, migration and retention to deliver business growth.

These are the teams that you may have the opportunity to interact with:
**Marketing Insights & Analytics**:
The AP Insights & Analytics team sits within the Marketing function of Visa in Asia Pacific (AP) with a vision to be an insight-led engine of advisory. The team delivers consumer and market insights, and marketing effectiveness analytics-based advisory to internal Visa stakeholders, and as a Value-Added Service (VAS) to our clients & partners.

**Partner Marketing Services**:
The Partner Marketing Services team is responsible for growing the regional marketing services business through working closely with in-country marketing teams to identify revenue generating marketing services opportunities and manage marketing-related requests from the Global Accounts teams to support their customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.

**Flex Work Arrangement - Hybrid Position** - This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week based on business needs.
**Qualifications** What you will need**:

- Penultimate year undergraduate students who are available to work full-time for 12 weeks between May 2025 and August 2025
- Legal authorization to work in Singapore - Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Operations, Strategy, or a related field
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing, synthesizing and reporting qualitative & quantitative information with excellent storytelling capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented strategic thinker who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency
- Collaborative team player with regional sensibilities and an empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world
- Experience working in cross functional teams and in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

**What will also help**:

- Ability to grasp and present the value propositions of our products and solutions in a way that resonates with customers and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems
- Knowledge of consumer market research methodologies including advertising and brand studies
- Exposure to marketing sciences or analytics experience with understanding of statistical analysis, modelling, scoring schemes, SEM, cluster analysis, conjoint/discreet choice, regression analysis, etc.
