**About the Role**
- As a CBRE Research Intern, you will assist the department with basic day-to-day administrative duties.
- This job is part of the Consulting Research function. They are responsible for forecasting real estate market trends and assessing the impact of a variety of economic, social, and political changes.

**What You’ll Do**
- Monitor research processes and procedures to ensure data quality is in accordance with corporate standards.
- Verify market reports related to transactions, vacancy, development, absorption, rents, tenants, and leasing activity.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to property databases. This includes conducting telephone surveys, on-site surveys, research forums, and other sources.
- Deliver statistical and analytical reports as required by management and sales professionals.
- Respond to ad hoc internal and external client requests for data, graphs, commentary, etc.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.**What You’ll Need**
- Current Real Estate undergraduate with strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
- Singapore resident or possesses a valid working visa in Singapore
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
