Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Responsible for Supply Chain commercial business support, Production Planning, Supply and Demand, Replenishment / Inventory Management.
- Responsible for the coordination and execution of supply chain tactical and strategic plan, managing internal and external relationships to support business expansion and growth, ensuring business needs are met efficiently.
- An effective communicator to lead and influence cross-function collaboration to deliver SC KPIs.
- Deliver short, mid and long term supply sufficiency at markets with right SKU inventory
- Deliver both Cost and SC operational KPIs - SLA, inventory
- Delivering value creation (cost and cash savings) including inventory optimization and execution of savings projects
- Lead and execute initiative on defined intervention area - processes, technology, analytic reporting, and deliver cost synergies/optimization.
- Points of escalation on overall Supply Chain serviceability to commercial team, and lead work-around with SC team / MFG to resolve issues
- Part of Supply Chain Leadership team to deliver SC transformation milestones, inclusive building talent pipeline and HIPO team
- Key stakeholders - Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement, Warehouse and Distribution and Order Processing
**Commercial Business Partnering**
- Collaborate with respective markets commercial leader to understand business needs and requirement to support business growth
- Points of escalation on overall Supply Chain serviceability to commercial team, and lead work-around with SC team / MFG to resolve issues
**Supply and Demand / Replenishment / Inventory Management**
- Lead and drive Supply Sufficiency with commercial / manufacturing / procurement / Warehouse and Distribution
- Lead re-engineering of Pre-S&OP with commercial team, S&OP with upstream /extended supply chain teams, and transforming into Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Drive the demand management process consistent with SKU class and demand planning process guidelines in assigned market (Singapore, Malaysia and International).
- Collaborate with R&D, sales and marketing, not limited to NPI launch, aging, long-tail sku rationalization.
**Production Planning / Scheduling**
- Lead and oversees monthly / weekly production schedule base on capacity vs demand
- Lead to limiting build up of slow moving and obsolete inventory
- Oversees and manages:
- Ensure Master Production Schedule to establish sequence and lead time to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders
- Review lists of required materials and advise optimum stock level for all materials by using MRP (products, NPD and consumables) by working closely with RM/PM Warehouse.
- Calculate all materials requirement based on Sales Forecast
- Monitors Production Schedule Downtime (CIP, PM, Trial) to anticipate its impact to production, and sales forecast
**Transformation / Analytic Reporting / CI**
- Lead and execute transformation milestones
- Lead the CI culture in SC teams
**People Development**
- Building talent pipeline and HIPO team
