**Our Client**:
Our client is a U.S. Chemicals MNC is looking to hire for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to be a part of the business leadership team in Singapore. This role is key critical in ensuring Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Inventory Management flow smoothly for both Manufacturing and Commercial Operations.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of supply chain teams, overseeing customer service, planning, warehousing, and logistics. Drive the execution of the global supply chain vision and strategy to achieve excellence
- Strengthen customer relationships and improve service levels by leading regional S&OP processes. Focus on enhancing SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service level commitments
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods in both company and third-party warehouses
- Collaborate with regional and global teams in procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain. Lead or participate in various supply-related projects and develop best practices for import/export operations
- Implement key performance metrics such as on-time delivery and cost control. Continuously streamline operations and seek efficiency improvements to meet customer expectations effectively

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, with at least 5 years in management roles
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field required
- Highly desirable to have experience in the Chemical Industry
- Successful track record in leading teams, collaborating with senior management, and influencing peers
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrates a proactive approach and urgency in problem-solving and decision-making
