Enrichment Manager

At PlayFACTO School, we ignite a passion for learning through exciting STEAM enrichment programmes designed for children aged 3 to 14 years old, with a strong focus on Mathematics and Robotics.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Drive Growth & Enrollment** - Engage with parents and students to introduce our enriching programmes and increase participation.
- **Shape Business Success** - Contribute to strategic planning to achieve sales and business objectives.
- **Create Lasting Connections** - Build and maintain strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring a positive learning experience.
- **Enhance Customer Experience** - Ensure every child and parent feels valued and supported.
- **Collaborate with Trainers** - Work closely with our dedicated educators to ensure smooth and effective operations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or training roles
- Experience in children enrichment industry will be an advantage
- Confident in public speaking and presentation skills
- Possess good communication skills
- Possess a pleasant and professional personal decorum with a caring and cheerful disposition
- Organized, meticulous and able to multi-task

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
