**Work Role**:

- The main roles and responsibilities for the IT operations and Risk Control Team are as follows:

- To maintain optimal performance of all IT assets and infrastructure on a day-to-day basis and ensure that is in line with our internal TRM (technology risk management) guidelines.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on all our IT assets and infrastructure inclusive of all software and hardware and trading terminal platforms and CRM interface and all others IT assets that are in usage or projected to be in use.
- To perform RTO (Recovery Time Objective) measures and ensure that are in line with our internal RTO timeline.
- To monitor market conditions and price feed and ensure there are no abnormalities on pricing engines.
- To monitor client risk book exposure and provide periodic and timely updates daily to management and the board of directors for risk management and control.
- To utilize relevant software and IT assets to implement risk control and hedging measures.
- To resolve technical issues pertaining to IT assets and infrastructure within the company and relevant clients’ technical issues.
- To communicate with all other departments for all other matters.
- To service clients’ inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 to 3 years ‘experience in the OTC derivatives/leveraged eFX industry
- Minimum Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree and above
- CMFAS 1A or 2A and 6A qualifications (Preferably)
- Professionalism, Integrity, and upholding of corporate governance
- Experienced in risk capital, dealing operations, eFX trade operations, balancing of risk book and hedging
- Experienced in a startup environment and team building
