Product Demand Management Department is a cloud product management team at Alibaba Cloud International, the department is in charge of cloud product lifecycle management include launching product at INTL site, standard product process, international customer demand management for product, product roadmap definition, feature improvement, quality control, strength product competency for customer satisfaction with promised SLA and perfect user experience. The team is consist of cloud product expert familiar one or more of cloud technologies include computing, network, security, storage, cloud native, database, data analytic and AI etc, expertize in cloud product design, architectures, applications, also good hands-on skill. Responsibilities: 1. To clarify the internationalization requirements of Alibaba Cloud products according to the international market and international customers' requirements and insights, generate valuable product design requirements for R&D team. 2. Work closely with product R&D teams and the requirement management team to jointly develop the internationalization road-map of Alibaba Cloud products. 3. Support the successful launch of new versions and features of Alibaba Cloud products from 0 to 1, even 1 to n. 4. Continuously improve the matching of Alibaba Cloud products in the international market for international customers, and continuously improve the competitiveness of products benchmark the international market. 5. Once released new cloud product or new features, need closely work with KA customers to ensure their cloud architecture is successfully implemented by assisting them in building their applications and services on the Alibaba Cloud platform. 6. Generates a diverse and inclusive workgroup environment, demonstrating cross BU and group collaboration especially include R&D, SA, Sales and GTM team.
1. Majored in Computer Science, acquire Bachelor/Master degree, Engineering or equivalent, with a good understanding of cloud technology, enterprise digital transformation and applications. 2. Proven cloud technical architect background and in depth, experience with usual cloud technologies, hands on customer delivery experience with cloud computing. Candidates who obtained below certifications are preferred, - ACP(Alibaba Cloud Certification Professional) or ACA(Alibaba Cloud Certification Associate) - Azure Fundamentals Certification - AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification - Google Cloud Certification 3. Familiar in cloud related technologies in term of cloud native, serverless, virtual machine/computing, network/security, storage, database such as docker, kubernates, SDN, WAF, Hadoop, OpenStack. 4. 3+ years of working experience in technical decomposition, reference architecture, cloud engineering support, and cloud governance. 5. Proven experience in project management, demand management, functional work decomposition, and/or the creation and execution of cloud product roadmaps. 6. Have experience in product R&D, coding, algorithm, solution architecture is a plus. 7. Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills, able to create presentation documentation, express presentation include architecture, solution, customer value. 8. Able to work under high pressure, a quick learner with a passion for cloud technology. Able to think strategically about businesses, products and technical challenges. 9. A good team player and has professional attitude to work, logical thinking, be confidence and Cross-Boundary collaboration, business travel up to 30%.
