**WHAT’S YOUR ROLE?**

**Sales**
- Manage strong relationships with major retailers - driving consistent sales growth, deliver exceptional service standards and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities to maximise visibility within sales channels
- Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end sales processes - space planning, promotional activations, stocks availability
- Monitor and review periodic sales performance and inventory health

**Marketing**
- Craft and execute marketing plans to boost brand recognition
- Work closely with creative team and vendors on marketing collaterals
- Oversee a team of merchandisers to ensure good housekeeping of retail displays
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

**WHO’S FIRST IN LINE?**
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field
- Proven track record in account management and/or marketing, preferably within health & beauty / fast moving retail industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns and branding initiatives
- Project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal teams and external partners
- A passion for health and beauty products and a good understanding of retail trends and consumer preferences
- Applicant needs to be currently based in Singapore
- Quota available for Malaysians/NAS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Sales Account Servicing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
