**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:

- Fluency in multiple languages (if relevant to the region/market).
