**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide full spectrum of management support to Vice Chairman
- Bookkeep (maintain files and update records) and ensure the right documents and information are prepared prior to meetings
- Take accurate minutes for our key executives’ formal meetings
- Post meeting: holds debrief with leader to capture action items, follow-up items, and calendar dates. Proactively follow up on the outstanding items
- Relay directives, instructions and assignments to executives and other business partners
- Provide support as needed for coordination of personal matters
- Applies emotional intelligence by facilitating situations for a positive outcome
- Initiate daily touch base meeting to confirm the day’s priorities, clarify assignments, and resolve open issues
- Ensure excellent discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skill / active listening
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Excellent Analytical and Information Management skills
- Excellent Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
