**TECHNICAL SUPPORT**
- Provide technical support including installation, commissioning and training to local customers and distribution network in order to fulfill customers' after sales needs
- Conduct product installations and customer operational training including trouble shooting in order to ensure the customer satisfaction.
**SALES SUPPORT**
**PRODUCT PRESENTATION, DEMONSTRATION AND TRAINING**
- Lead / plan and organize presentation / demonstration and training on a regular basis with tabulated schedule in order to effectively support the sales function
- Conduct of Assigned Product Demonstrations at customers site when needed
**PRODUCT TRAINING**
- Provide Software / Hardware training to customers and distributors in order to ensure competency in handling our product
- Conduct Assigned Product Trainings to new employees of the company or its related distributors to further the Business growth in SEA
**TRAINING STRATEGY**
- Formulate training materials to ensure in-depth knowledge and understanding of products and strive for continuous improvement through collecting feedback after each training in order to effectively pass on knowledge
**PRODUCT MARKETING**
- Develop marketing strategies to target specific industry customer segments.
- Craft digital marketing communications for campaigns
**PRODUCT INFORMATION**
- Contribute and provide market intelligence and consolidate information in order to help maximize customer exposure to the product
**SALES AND MARKETING INFORMATION**
- Ensure thorough knowledge of customer installation base and maintain complete customer records by customer classification and market segmentation in order to achieve sales and technical support objectives
**OTHERS**
- Responsible for Application Issue for Assigned products for respective Division for SEA Region.
- Continuously entering up-to-date information into the CRM database in order to provide a sound basis for activity planning.
- Plan and deliver special projects as requested by the sales supervisor in order to address specific tactical and/or strategic business needs.
- Supply information assisting Market share development, competitor’s activities, trends and markets developments in geographic region of responsibility to Sales Management and marketing
- Others duties and responsibility as assigned
