**YOUR ROLE**:
We are looking for a designer who is looking to join an amazing design team and seeking to grow their UX and UI skillsets within a consultancy environment. You can execute the required design activities based on the project objectives. You are capable of conducting UX research activities such as moderated user interviews, and execute UI design for development handoff. We want someone who has an understanding of the full spectrum of design and development. You should be keen to learn on the job and feel comfortable in pairing up with PMs, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Execute the design activities based on the project objectives and timeline.
- Familiar with user research methods such as user interviews, heuristic review, competitive analysis, and have the capability to synthesise findings to actionable insights.
- Lead and facilitate co-creation sessions with various stakeholders.
- Visualize, design and conceptualize the user experience in service blueprints, journey maps, etc.
- Present concepts and UX solutions as compelling stories to clients.
- Have great communication and presentation skills, be an active listener and be able to represent the users' needs as well as gather user requirements.
- Sketch wireframes, define interaction specifications, build clickable prototypes, and create detailed high-fidelity mock-ups ready for development.
- Create highly aesthetic visual design language based on the brand guidelines and translate it to a functional design system.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree and you have a proven relevant experience of at least 3 years. You are passionate about new technologies, digital innovations and design. You might be working in large teams or as an individual contributor, however, you have a fair understanding of Agile environments. You would be someone who is excited about taking on challenges of client projects and would be willing to initiate UX design activities in such work environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Multimedia, Information Architecture, Human Computer Interaction, Instructional or Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of UX and UI.
- Understanding of motion design, HTML, CSS and other technical platforms.
- Knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision and/or other design tools.
- Experience designing digital experiences web and mobile platforms.
- Experience in agile development processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present your designs to clients and teams.
- Passionate about and experience in product strategy and design will be an added bonus.
