Singapore COWAY ENGINEERING & MARKETING PTE LTD Full time

**Responsibilities**:
1) Perform verification of purchasing material, sub-contracted works and goods (Incoming Inspection.)
- Verified purchased item vs Supplier DO, Coway PO or Process Sheet.
- Conduct physical inspection on material or purchased goods.
- Verify material certificate, test report, COC or supporting document as to ensure full acceptance of purchase item.
- Assign Coway batch number.
- Identify the purchased item or sub-contracted works with description and batch number.

2) Perform first piece and in-process inspection of manufactured part from production.
- Conduct inspection as per inspection plan and frequency. This includes the workmanship of the machined or maintenance work.
- Record inspection data accurately onto checklist (softcopy or hardcopy).
- Feedback inspection result to machinist.
- Stop the production or maintenance work if non-conformance is detected. Ensure non-conforming is corrected else report to QA Engineer or Production Engineer for quality Actions.
- Highlight to QA Engineer/ machinist if FOD is found machine place.
- Monitor in-process inspection trends and maintain the quality.

3) Conduct Final/ Outgoing Inspection as per inspection schedule.
- Perform dimensional and visual check as per inspection plan/ checklist and sampling size.
- Record inspection data accurately onto inspection report (softcopy and hardcopy.)
- Check the process sheet for missing operations.
- Submit the report to Quality Admin.
- Transfer the inspected parts to the next station.
- Report any non-conformance to QA Engineer and segregate the parts iaw Control of Non-conformance procedure.
- Verify the Outgoing labels before stamping.

4) Control of Non-conformance Parts during inspection or production (Includes maintenance works.)
- Verify Line reject that submitted by workshop machinist.
- Ensure Line Reject label are properly filled.
- Raise Non-conformance label if reject is detected during inspection.
- Ensure rejects are well segregated and quarantined.
- Report to QA Engineer for next quality action.

5) Control and maintain Measuring Equipment
- Ensure measuring equipment is calibrated and its’ calibration validity before use.
- Perform required equipment maintenance as per Equipment work instruction.
- Return the measuring equipment to their designated storage place after use.
- Submit equipment faulty report and report to QC Engineer if any equipment is found faulty.
- Ensure equipment is properly sign out and return (all workshop machinists and inspectors).
- Assist QC Engineer to gather equipment for calibration.

6) Upkeep and maintain quality document and report used for quality works.
- Eg: Material Batch Number Report, First Piece Inspection Request and etc.

7) Understand, exercise and audit operations procedures during tour of duties.
- Eg: Part Identification, traceability, FODs, workshop safety and etc.
- Assist the engineers to fault find in workshop.
- Report to the relevant engineer if non-conformance is found.

8) Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required or instructed by superior.

**Requirement**:

- Qualification: At least secondary 4 and equivalent
- Preferably able to speak Chinese and English
- Have QC experience, hardworking and willing to learn
- Able to interprets engineering drawing
- Able to operate a measuring equipment
- Knowledge of CMM machine will be advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft office - Excel
- Can work night shift and 12 hours
- Can work on weekend (sat / sun)
- Able to work in fast pace working environment
