**Key Responsibilities**
**Marketing Communications Strategy**:
- **Develop and implement strategies**:Design and execute marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, align messaging with organizational goals, and elevate market positioning.
- **Product marketing**:Craft compelling narratives for products and solutions, showcasing technological expertise to support commercialization efforts.
- **Content creation**:Develop engaging materials for press releases, social media, websites, case studies, and marketing collateral that connect with target audiences.
- **Brand consistency**:Ensure a unified brand voice across all communication channels, reinforcing identity and values.
- **Market analysis**:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to optimize communication strategies.
**Event Management**:
- **Plan and execute events**:Organize impactful trade shows, conferences, and networking events to highlight innovations and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
- **Oversee logistics**:Manage timelines, budgets, and operational details to ensure smooth execution and a premium attendee experience.
- **Collaborate internally**:Coordinate with internal teams to address their event-related needs.
**Metrics, Reporting, and Budget Management**:
- **Define KPIs**:Establish performance indicators for marketing initiatives and partnerships, tracking progress to measure success.
- **Data-driven reporting**:Provide detailed quarterly reports on activities, analyzing successes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- **Budget oversight**:Manage budgets effectively, ensuring fiscal discipline and preparing accurate forecasts for resource allocation.
**Partnership Development**:
- **Identify and build partnerships**:Research and establish strategic partnerships with media outlets, industry stakeholders, and other organizations.
- **Negotiate agreements**:Lead discussions to secure mutually beneficial partnerships that align with strategic priorities.
- **Integrate partnerships**:Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly incorporate partnerships into ongoing initiatives for maximum impact.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, innovation, or a related field (Master’s degree or entrepreneurial experience is a plus).
- Proven experience in partnership and/or marketing communications roles, with a focus on B2B or B2G sectors.
- Enthusiasm for the startup and technology landscape, with the ability to communicate effectively with founders, partners, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead teams, delivering results in both roles.
- Strong commercial and business acumen with a track record of success in ambiguous environments.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
**Suggested Experience**:
5-10 years in a related field.
