**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide efficient and cost-effective services to customers.
- Program and configure fire alarm control panels and addressable devices
- Conduct functional and acceptance testing of fire protection systems, resolving software-related issues onsite.
- Design, implement, and maintain fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems in compliance with local and international standards.
- Assist in preparing and proposing service contracts for customers.
- Support the Service Department in promoting the renewal of existing contracts.
- Identify and recommend system upgrades based on customer needs.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and periodic inspections at client sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to restore operations promptly.
- Provide regular updates to both customers and internal stakeholders on project progress.
- Ensure efficient project administration and generate necessary management reports.
- Coordinate job progress with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions for corporate customers as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fire protection systems.
- Hands-on experience with major fire alarm systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary.
- Working Hours 5.5 work week.
