Our Investment and Asset Management department was formed to review and formulate strategies to enhance our hotels’ performance and identify new business opportunities. It has a wide scope covering Investment and Asset Management, Corporate Planning, Internal and External analytics, market research and studies, Asset Enhancement, Business Development and Group-wide Strategic Initiatives for our portfolio of Hotels, Commercial, Residential and Retail components.

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Southeast Asia & Australasia (SEAA) regional office in Singapore.

**As a Senior Manager on the team, we rely on you to**:
Investment & Asset Management

Perform detailed analysis of the performance of hotel's operating department, support functions and hotel management, as well as that of investment properties.
Provide analytics support to senior management by developing financial simulations to analyse performance of assets as well as preparing reports for management review.
Evaluate and benchmark the performance of our properties and our businesses with the aim to enhance their performances, including working with hotel or property managers to drive asset enhancement initiatives.
Independently manage asset enhancement projects, including leading research, concept development, financial underwriting, management presentations & reporting and the coordination of all internal and external stakeholders.
Review investment opportunities, including new businesses and third-party management contracts where necessary.
Participate in annual business planning, capex reviews, valuations, board meetings etc.

**We are looking for someone who**:
Has a Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, Finance, Surveying, or relevant discipline.
Has at least 8 years of experience in real estate, asset management, financial analysis, consulting, research and business strategy.
Has exposure to hospitality assets and hotel P&L (preferred).
Has financial acumen to quantify benefits, considerations and risks.
Has advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills with a data-driven mindset.
Is able to manage multiple projects in collaboration with a large group of people.
