**YOUR ROLE
Primary responsibilities include the daily delivery of internal coordination as well as external coordination. Superior customer service, proactive service recovery and constant communication excellence all contributing to the overall customer satisfaction. Delivering on our service promise; the role is accountable for customer and operational excellence which focuses on enhancing the customer experience through consistent and seamless delivery of great customer service.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
- Validate files profitability with pricing/product/BD
- Revalidate rates as and when required
- Coordinate Air & ocean routings
- Acts as key contact for allocated customers / manages adhoc & on demand engagement
- Accepts and processes customer orders (in line with Sea+Air processes)
- Proactively informs internal & external customer on shipment status and exceptions
- Send routings & relevant information to Global Competence center for updates
- Responsible of reporting and data quality
- Ensures compliance with group business strategy and local business environment, adhering to regulations and internal procedures
- Monitors subcontractor’s/supplier’s performance and suggests improvement steps
- Work directly with the global Sea+Air competence center to ensure goals set by the Head of Product is achieved

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Ability to coordinate, plan and monitor at national level Ocean project
- In depth system knowledge
- Experience within all transport modes
