Accounts Receivable Assistant

Job description
- Handling of invoices (from creation from quotations to payment, including routine monitoring and raise case with small claims tribunal, if necessary)
- Coordinate with Corporate Sale Department and assist to resolve issues
- Reviewing POs (if any) for items to note
- Uploading e-invoices if required by customers
- Compile evidence for small claims and accompany to Small Claims Tribunal
- Assist to create invoices for special schemes
- Update invoices in Xero with new details on due dates
- Generate monthly accounts receivable and report monthly monitoring status
- Review corporate orders created in Shopify and resolve outstanding orders
- Facilitate payments (i.e. completing KYC forms and DCA forms, processing cheque receipts and updating related records (Shopify))
- Assist supervisor with reconciliation of retail sales and POS reports and work with colleagues to ensure receipts are banked in
- Assist supervisor with review of online credit card payments and resolving issues if any
