The **Senior** **Manufacturing Engineer - Additive Manufacturing Operations** is responsible of providing the manufacturing engineering leadership for Pall Singapore Additive Manufacturing Site by collaborating closely with cross-functional and regional team to develop and advance the additive manufacturing capability.

This position is part of the Pall Singapore Additive Manufacturing Plant and will be located in Tuas (On Site) as part of the key members of the Operations team.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Collaborate with other Pall Additive Manufacturing Site in supporting the selection and installation of capital equipment needed for the scale up of AM operations, and partnering with other functions, e.g. Quality, Production, Facility, etc. for the subsequent qualifications.
- Create and develop manufacturing and process control documents, BOM, Routings, Equipment Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting, Process Specification, etc.
- Partner with production team to develop production standard works, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with equipment OEMs to drive process and equipment improvements.
- Design processes to ensure that the production parts supplied out of AM operations meet all internal and external customer quality specifications (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, and Nadcap etc.)
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvements by leveraging Danaher Business System Tools - including additive manufacturing process optimization by delivering output, yield and quality improvements.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
- 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing environment as a Manufacturing Engineer or a Quality Engineer
- Experience in additive manufacturing.
- Software and productivity suite proficiency, e.g. SAP, Microsoft Office, Project Management, Statistical and Data Analyses, CAD, CAM, Minitab, etc.
- Good communication, planning, inter-personal, organizational, and project management skills and the ability to independently manage challenges tasks.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Structured problem-solving skills including demonstrated use of DMAIC, Root Cause Analyses, SPC, FMEA, Fish-Bone Diagram, etc.
- Knowledge of additive part and machine qualification, as well as AM Key Process Variables (KPVs)
