NTU-WeBank Joint Research Centre on FinTech is Singapore’s 1st Joint Research Centre in Fintech. By employing “state-of-the-art” research, such as data science and analytics, Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain technologies, the centre aims to enable and realise Banking 4.0, where banking can be personalised and done anytime, anywhere.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To collaborate with industry collaborators to collect, process and analyse data, and identify typical use cases
- To design, develop and evaluate scalable algorithms for processing software documentations (e.g., requirements, bug reports, text scripts) of large scale
- To develop and demonstrate the knowledge graph prototype for one or two typical usage cases
- To preparing technical reports and presentations, and write research papers of high quality based on research results
**Job Requirements**:
- PhD degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
- Proficient in Python and machine learning libraries.
- Excellent background in algorithms
- Excellent background and research experience in text mining, document analysis, and/or knowledge graph.
- Experience in natural language process methods and tools.
- Good knowledge in software testing activities are preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing research environment.
