THE ROLE
Now we're looking to recruit a Brokerage Project Manager on a full time, permanent basis to join the existing international team. The objective of the role is to onboard and manage counterparties mapping ever changing business needs.
Reporting to: Head of Counterparties
Main responsibilities
- Onboard the new partner entities according to internal processes and policies
- Main workflows include, but are not limited to, managing the onboarding workflow by sharing tax, regulatory, constitutional documents and data to support counterparty account onboarding, KYC, credit, tax and legal review
- Assist Head of Counterparties in the negotiations and contracts, fees, interest rates, and framework agreements
- Build processes and frameworks around counterparties relationship management practices
- Work closely Back Office, Front Office, Treasury, Finance, Business Development, Compliance, Risk teams.
**Requirements**:
- Min 5 o 7 years of experience in the similar positions in Brokerage companies, Dealers or Banks
- Understanding of the Capital Markets and their specifics
- Solid project management experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written & verbal
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Detail oriented, multi-tasking and able to handle various projects simultaneously under pressure
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Flexible mindset to adapt to fast-changing market and new work tasks
