The Counterparty, Country Risk, Policies/ Procedures team reports into the CRO Business Management (BM) department which provides risk management suppo rt across the Risk Division in areas of credit policy design and development, financial institutions counterparty risk management, risk analytics, risk change management and regulatory reporting.

This job opening is in relation to the monitoring and reporting function within the remits of financial institutions counterparty risk management, risk analytics and/ or regulatory reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
A senior member of the team with the principal responsibilities of,
- Ensuring limits monitoring for financial institutions counterparties are carried out in accordance with the risk methodologies/ standards established by OCBC Head Office, and regulatory reports (e.g. MAS Notice 656 and 643A) are prepared according to the regulations.
- Providing management information support to prepare analytics and statistics reports for Senior Management.
- Leading solutioning and implementation effort to improve efficiency and quality of existing reports or new reports to support new product initiatives/ regulatory requirements/ risk management initiatives.
- Providing governance support in the domain of data management with the responsibility to ensure the team operates with sufficient knowledge to comply with the relevant requirements.

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Good University degree, preferably in the fields of finance, economics, business or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in limits monitoring, regulatory reporting and/ or management reporting.
- Good working knowledge in counterparty risk management, trading products and/ or MAS Notices 656 and 643A would be a plus.
- Strong team player with good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
