**1) Roles and Responsibilities: **
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and needs.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.
- Deliver the early childhood curriculum framework efficiently, fostering intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each child's learning journey.
- Observe and document children's progress, communicating effectively with parents and other stakeholders.
- Continuously learn and develop professionally to stay updated on best practices in inclusive education.

**2) Requirements**:

- Strong passion for implementing differentiated teaching in the classroom
- Possess strong classroom management skills
- Teachers must have a Diploma in Pre-School Teaching (DPE-T) or a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent qualifications
- Applicants with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education are also warmly invited to apply
- Having at least of 2 years of teaching experiences in early childhood settings is preferred
