Personal Assistant to Senior Management

**What the role is**
As Personal Assistant to Senior Management, you will provide secretariat support to your principal.
**What you will be working on**
- Assist in organisation of meetings such as scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, documents and logistics, and other related duties to ensure that Principal is prepared for meetings and events.
- Manage the Principal’s schedule in consultation with other stakeholders to ensure smooth transition between meetings/appointments, taking into account travel time etc. This include facilitation of security clearance of guests to enter the building and park their vehicles (if needed).
- Provide secretariat support for Principal eg prepare materials, scan, photocopy or print relevant documents as required.
**What we are looking for**
- Experienced in C-Suite corporate secretarial support
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
