Job Description
- Accepting and checking of mail posted at BMC in accordance to the Mail Acceptance Procedure; and to ensure that posting quantity, postage and other docket declarations are correctly declared and charged.
- To assist AOMs on the daily operations and ensure that mailers are sent to the respective operation floors timely and in an orderly manner. No mail is to be left behind (clean floor).
- To delegate job among teammates so as to achieve smooth operations and to ensure that everyone is always on the job.
- To guide and coach teammates as and when required.
- To feedback / escalate to AOMs for any unresolved issues for follow-up action.
- Balancing of daily accounts for Bulk Mail Centre and to ensure that all cash transactions received for the day is correct in the presence of cash custodian.
- To assign docket number and do data inputting in NMP; and ensure that all the dockets and docket numbers are accounted for.
- To ensure that all mails posted in trays, bags, pallets are weighed and despatched accordingly to the designated operation floors for processing.
- Accepting, checking and despatching of Admail / Home Direct.
- To input cash transaction in NMP and generate tax invoice for customer.
- To ensure that all transactions in NMP are done smoothly and to feedback for any abnormality.
- Collecting of data for statistical purposes for BMC and Mail Processing.
- Attending to all work related enquiries.
- To ensure that the porterages are always on the job (no idling around) and must be guided at all times.
- Ensure and maintain proper housekeeping for safety and image reasons.
- Perform any other duties as directed by superiors.

Requirement:
