**About the role**

Jal Yoga International Pte Ltd, a leading yoga studio in the North Region, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our industry-leading yoga classes and memberships to new and existing clients. **What you'll be doing**
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including in-person, online, and over the phone, to promote our yoga offerings
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide timely updates on progress
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Contribute to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience
- Commission based if you hit your monthly target

**What we're looking for**
- Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for the yoga and wellness industry
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
