**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- We are looking for a Finance Accounting Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily operational processes and reconciliations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions in the bank’s accounting system for financial, regulatory, and management reporting. You will also manage the chart of accounts, provide advisory on accounting transactions, and support system implementations and testing.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate transaction recording in the GL for reporting purposes. - Manage chart of accounts and mapping between SG GL and EGL COA. - Provide advisory on accounting transactions and participate in product/process/system changes. - Support procurement operations and ensure data integrity. - Resolve issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to prevent recurrence. - Assist with auditor queries and year-end audit confirmations. - Contribute to cost-saving and procurement optimization initiatives.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in audit or accounting operations within financial institutions. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Experience with system testing and data analysis is a plus. - Basic accounting knowledge is essential.
