**Purpose and Scope**
- The Archi coordinator coordinates all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mock up, and materials as well as supervise work progress. Liaise closely with client, consultants and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspection of installed works.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Must have good knowledge of Architectural Works related to building construction
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of Architectural Works to ensure smooth execution and completion of works
- Site supervision of arch. works
- Coordinate with C&S and M&E team, including BIM coordinators to ensure that the works can be carried-out as per drawing and resolve technical issues
- Review contract documents, specs, and work methodology to ensure that the materials are conforming to requirements, and that the arch performance can be achieved with no maintenance issues or defects
- Review all design, construction and shopdrawings
- Attend meeting with Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors
- Prepare minutes of meeting, submit RFIs, material & shopdrawing submissions, Progress Report, Work Schedules, daily reports, etc
- Attend safety meetings and also ensure works are carried-out safely on site according to subcon's MOS
- Prepare and check works according to Company's 3-in-1 management system procedures

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, or Civil & Structural, or its equivalent (min. 5-8 years experience with main contractor)
- WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint, basic AutoCAD
- Fluent in English
- Independent and Outcome Driven
- Takes ownership in his work
- Knowledge in BIM is preferred
